Serving
We would love to connect you in with one of the many practical service teams within our community. Our church could not function without all of our members contributing towards our ministries. Whether you are a people person or find your happy place with a spreadsheet, there’s something you can do to support the ministries of our church and further God’s kingdom.
We regularly need people in the following areas:
- Welcoming
- Café and Hospitality
- Administration
- Worship leading
- Music, Sound and Lighting
- Visual arts
- Children’s and youth ministry

Membership
Membership of Glen Osmond Baptist Church is a significant commitment to join us in following Jesus, bearing witness to the gospel, growing as a disciple and serving his kingdom as part of this church. In joining with us you are committing yourself to:
Belonging.
Attending the Sunday service and participating in intentional discipleship. We expect each other to be excited about the future of the church, help make important decisions and uphold one another and our mission in prayer.
Loving.
Wanting the best for others, building them up, encouraging them, forgiving them, bearing with them. If we have an issue with anyone at Glen Osmond Baptist Church we don’t ignore it or raise it with others. We follow the Matthew 18:15-20 principle and seek to restore and reconcile gently.
Serving.
Members use their spiritual gifts to serve our church. We work together on rosters and teams and take responsibility for ministry. We support, respect and honour those who serve in leadership.
Giving.
Together we give generously to the work and mission of Glen Osmond Baptist Church.
Changing.
We expect God to grow us and we welcome the changes this will bring. We expect to plant other communities and as members are committed to reaching out to others and welcoming them in to community with us.
